Introduction

First of all may we take this opportunity to congratulate you on your forthcoming wedding and wish you both future happiness together as husband and wife.
 
 
Your wedding day is the most important day of your life.
Here at The Oxfordshire Inn we have a reputation for superb hospitality, great food and service.
Our team of professional staff will endeavour to make your wedding day a truly memorable occasion.
 
 
We want you to be sure that you have made the right choice of venue, so when you visit us, take a look at our function suites and great range of bedrooms as well as our Honeymoon Suite with its four poster bed and Jacuzzi bath.
 
We have a number of tailor made packages to suit most couples but, if you would rather “do your own thing” in terms of menus and drinks packages, we have the flexibility to make any changes you require – we want you to have your dream wedding.
 
 
To book and also to discuss your wedding requirements further, please call our General Manager who will be more than happy to advise and discuss your plans and arrangements for your special day,
 

The Wedding Packages

 
Every wedding is unique and that is why at The Oxfordshire Inn we give you the opportunity to choose from our specially designed packages or alternatively we give you the flexibility to design one of your own.
 
 
All of our packages include at no extra cost:

  • White Tablecloths with Colour coded Napkins
  • Bud vases for all tables
  • Complimentary Honeymoon Suite for the Bride and Groom
 
 

Accommodation

Your wedding guests can take advantage of our specially discounted room rates from £30 per person per night, which includes a full English breakfast.
 
We have a wide range of Executive, Four Poster, Double, Twin and Family rooms available.
 
Please note that check in is from 2pm and check out by 11am.
 
We will be happy to try to arrange an early check in where possible.

Service

Function Room Prices

 
We have two function rooms both with their unique features.
 
 
The Blenheim room will seat up to 120 people including the top table. This room has an ornate ceiling and eye catching chandeliers.
A charge of £300.00 will be made for numbers under 50 people.
 
The Silverstone Room will seat up to 110 people including the top table. This room has a lovely country feel with its beamed ceiling and wooden dance floor.
A charge of £200.00 will be made for numbers under 50 people.
 
 
The Silverstone Room will always be used for the evening Reception.
 
 
If you would like to use both our rooms on your special day, this can be arranged subject to availability.
 
If you are not having a formal sit down meal as part of your wedding package, the following Room Hire prices will apply:
 

Blenheim Room : £450.00

Silverstone Room : £350.00

 

Terms and Conditions

 
Deposit and Payment terms
A non refundable deposit of £500.00 is required within 14 days of placing a provisional booking.
If a deposit is not received, the management have the right to release the booking.
 
The remaining balance must be paid in full 21 days prior to the wedding.
 
Minimum Numbers
Minimum numbers for the wedding packages are 50 for the Day Reception and Catering for 50% of the evening guests.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
Prices are subject to change and we will endeavour to inform you on any changes in advance.
 
Children under the age of 12 are half price and under 4’s are Free of Charge.
 
 
 
Cancellation Charges
 
In the unfortunate circumstances of an event being cancelled, the following charges will apply:
 
Within 1 month – 100% Charges apply
Within 4 months – 50% Charges apply
Within 6 months – 25% of Charges apply
Over 6 months – Loss of deposit.
