 RESERVING YOUR FOUR POSTER ROOM - IMPORTANT NOTICE

When taking your booking we will reserve the suite of your choice for you. However, it is occasionally necessary, for reasons outside our control, to change the booking to an alternative four poster suite. In these circumstances, you will be allocated another suite and no compensation will be payable in these circumstances.

The Cotswold and Woodstock suites are very similar, and are located in a builidng completed last year from the shell of the last original farm building on site. Both rooms are generously proportioned and finished to the highest standards.

Monday to Saturday £139.00 per night including full English breakfast
Sunday £109.00 per night including full English breakfast

The Woburn Suite This is our latest addition. This first floor suite features an extra large walk in shower room - ideal for those who prefer a large shower to a bath! Finished to our usual high standard with special lighting, large bedroom and all the usual four poster features
The Burford Suite This is one of our two latest suites and features a rear door to a large walled outside patio area with table and chairs, additional double-size stone-built walk in shower, standard size jacuzzi bath together with special lighting as well as all the usual four-poster facilties. The Woburn Suite This is our latest addition. This first floor suite features an extra large walk in shower room - ideal for those who prefer a large shower to a bath! The Heathfield Suite This is the largest of our three suites, and is located in our first hotel room block, converted in 2003 from an 17th century barn, complete with superb oak beams. Remember, though, that these beams can creak, and the original construction of this building means that some noise can be transmitted from other residents in the building. The Heathfield Suite has a leather sofa, coffee table and a double-size shower in additiona to all the standard four-poster features of the other suites.
