Christmas is a time for relaxing and enjoying yourselves with your friends and family. Here at the Oxfordshire Inn Hotel Oxford, we do our utmost to ensure you have a great time.
How to Book
Telephone the hotel to check availability for your chosen dates and make a provisionally booking.
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the booking (cheques payable to Oxfordshire Inn Hotel)
Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment. The full balance is due 14 days prior to the event or by the 1st December, whichever is earlier.
Pre-orders for food and wine are required at least 14 days prior to the event. Further dates are available, other than those featured in our brochure, for large private bookings. Please ask at time of booking.

Private parties over 60 people may book other nights in the week. Numbers must be over 80 if you would like a disco to be provided by the hotel.
The hotel reserve the right to cancel the function if cancelled or if the numbers fall below 60 an alternative date or refund will be offered.
